GOFF, Alice Pitkin
Alice Pitkin Goff, 82, of Fort Pierce, FL, died peacefully on Saturday, (March 4, 2006) at Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, FL. Alice and her husband, John, were longtime residents of Enfield and had recently settled full time in Florida. She was an executive secretary for many years, finishing her career at LEGO Systems, Inc. in Enfield. Besides her husband of over 60 years, she is survived by her daughters and their families: Janet Jan of Fountain Hills, AZ, Kathy Derench of Ellington, Mary Jane Lenert of Windsor, and Jeanne Meskell of St. Cloud, MN. She also leaves seven grandchildren and two sisters, Irene Albee of Manchester and Paula Holm of Vacaville, CA. Alice was predeceased by two sisters, Marianne Cassidy and Patricia Duffy. Funeral services were held privately. Memorial contributions in her memory may be sent to Treasure Coast Hospices, 2500 Virginia Avenue, Suite 202, Fort Pierce, FL 34951.

Alice P. Goff, 82, died March 4, 2006, at Indian River Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Westfield, Mass., and had been a resident of Fort Pierce since 1985, coming from Enfield, CT.
She was executive secretary to the president of Lego in Enfield for 10 years.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, John Goff of Fort Pierce; daughters, Janet Jan of Farmington Hills, Ariz., Kathy Derench of Ellington, CT., Mary Jane Lenert of Windsor, CT., and Jeanne Meskil of St. Cloud, Minn.; sisters, Irene Albee of Manchester, CT., and Paula Holm of California; and seven grandchildren.
Services: No services are planned. Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach.
