Sir Anthony Aucher, Knight of Ottenham, acquired from Thomas Colepeper, in the reighn of Henry VIII, the manors of Bishopsbourne and Hautsborne, in county Kent. He married Affra, daughter of Sir William Cornwallis, of Norfolk, and his wife Elizabeth Stanford.
