Orin J. Dunfee Jr., 70, Gladstone, former owner of a television repair company, died Aug. 18, 1993, at the home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Charles Catholic Church; burial in Resurrection Cemetery, Kansas City, North. Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the McGilley Antioch Chapel. The family suggests contributions to the church.
Mr. Dunfee was president of Dunfee Television from 1945 to 1990. He owned Dunfee Tuner Repair from 1975 to 1990. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the church. He was born in St. Joseph and lived in this area most of his life.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Anna Dunfee of the home; a son, Orin Jefferson Dunfee III, Kansas City; two daughters, Victoria Lee Scott, Overland Park, and Kimberly Ann Dunfee, St. Louis; three sisters, Betty Jane Riggs, Houston, Mildred Keown, Independence, and Mary Ann Davidson, Kansas City; and five grandchildren.
