In 1900, Emma was not living with her father and the younger children in the home of her sister Rebecca, nor was she with sister Clara Walker, nor with her Uncle James Nelson.
Aunt Em never had any children. When I was growing up, she and Aunt Mary Dickson shared an apartment on Main Street in Bordentown, over Eddie's Bar.
In 1920, at 222 Spring St. Emma Kerr was living with Mary and the three children.
