The Hamilton Twp birth records has Clara's birthdate as Oct 9, 1876. This is on a page that was all entered at the same time, dates range from Oct 13, 1876 at the top, then 1877, 1876, etc. etc. Her father's pension application and her own entry in the 1900 census both say she was born January 1876.
The birth entry calls her simply Clara. Her death certificate calls her Clara W. Walker.
