This is the same Thomas Borden (Burden) of Hedcorn, yeoman, who joined the Rebllion of the Kenishmen under Jack Cade in 1450 and who was also pardoned therefor.(Pat. Rolls, 28 Hen. VI. parts 2, 13, Etc. Also Archaeologia Cantina, Vol. VII>)
