1. Name given on daughter Maria's marriage records on Agnone microfilm #
1329717 for the year 1831 record # 16.
2. Death certificate found with daughter Maria Grazia's marriage records
said that he was 59 at time of death in Dec 1817.
3. Personal research done at Agnone revealed that the name is really Gigliani,
although sometimes the script of the priests that recorded the name
neglects to put the middle tail on the "G". The ordinances were already
completed with the name as a "C" (CIGLIANI). Correction made on 3/27/95.
4. Found birth record for Domenico Antonio Giuseppe Gigliani
b. 26 Feb 1753, chr 26 Feb 1753. Mother was given as Domenica Serricchio
but father was given as Giambattista Gigliani. I feel that either
Domenica had two spouses who were probably brothers, or perhaps,
less likely, Antonio was named Antonio Giambattista. For now, I
will create a 2nd marriage and show this Domenico Antonio as another
child to assure that the ordinances are done and allow for further
research to verify.
