Notes for Phillip jr. CASH

Phillip Cash, Jr. , age 68 of Colorado Springs, passed away June 6, 2005. He was born on Sept. 14, 1942 in Pueblo, Colo. He was son of Philip I. Cash (deceased) and Rose Santarelli Cash of Colorado Springs. Phil will be missed by his mother; his children, Deanna Janney of N.C., Kathy Lee of Dolores, Colo., Karen Schultz of Castle Rock, Todd McClelland of Colorado Springs; his grandchildren, Jeff, Brittney, Brian, Brent, Stephanie, Jeremy, Colin; and his niece, Sherri Daniels. Phil was excitedly awaiting the birth of his first Great- Grandchild in mid- June. He is predeceased by his daughter, Debi Simmington. Also survived by his wife, Janet and his brother, Skip Cash. Phil was born and raised in Pueblo, Colo. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 1969 and made Colorado Springs his home. He was a successful businessman in the sales industry, he was employed by Phil Long Ford and Pikes Peak Traveland. Winning many awards during his career. As an avid outdoors man, his favorite pastime was fishing at Blue Mesa Reservoir. Phil was a passionate fan of Colorado College Hockey. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to: The American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association or the Colorado Division of Wildlife. You may pay your respects on Saturday, June 11, 2005 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd. The family requests casual attire.
